GOOD NEWSS!!!!!!! at 3:12 PM

After David Leer, a failure to the world of renovations, lost the Cabana Hotel (Leer Tower now) to foreclosure because to bills were to big to pay for a guy WHO WANTED TO SPEND $20 MILLION ON A FRICKEN CONDO RENOVATION. Let's forget about my anger.... a For-Sale sign has been put up by the buildings savior "Watts Realty" ON THE INSIDE!! There is way to much asbestos inside the building to go in unprepared. But besides that, good people are in the building, rich people will buy it and convert to something amazing I'm sure. Watts has saved the day! YAY!

THANK YOU SO MUCH WATTS!!! YOU HAVE BRIGHTENED UP THE ENTIRE CABANA HOTEL!
